Ingredients

1 cup (uncooked) fregola sarda
2 cans of tuna in water
1 jar of fire roasted red peppers, sliced
1/2 medium onion, sliced very thinly
4 T capers
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 T sherry vinegar
salt and pepper
Tips
Fregola can be hard to find. If you cannot locate it, you can use Israeli couscous or orzo pasta.
Directions
Cook the fregola sarda as directed, in boiling water and salt. Drain and run cold water over it to chill. Set aside.
Mix all other ingredients, toss with pasta, season to taste. Chill for 20 minutes.
