Onions, raw,1 cup, chopped
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Morning Star meal stater soy crumble 2/3C Serving, 2 serving
*Muir Glen Organic Garlic Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce, 4 serving (2 cups)
Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans, 2 serving

Directions
