Ingredients

    Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped fine
    Onions, raw,1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Morning Star meal stater soy crumble 2/3C Serving, 2 serving
    *Muir Glen Organic Garlic Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce, 4 serving (2 cups)
    Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans, 2 serving
    Tomatoes, canned: Delmonte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 4 serving (2 cups)

Tips

The sauce may be slow cooked in crock pot.


Directions

Fry garlic, onions and spinach in pan with oil until onions are transparent.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on spaghetti squash.
