Ingredients



    dry lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    brown rice uncooked, 1 cup (remove)
    canned tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, .66 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    *Corriander, 2 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *RO TEL DICED TOMATOES & GREEN CHILES 10 OZ CAN, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 9 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Chicken boullion cube - 1 cube, 3 serving (remove)


Tips

add more onions and celery. I used all I had on hand.


Directions

Put all in pot and cook about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
