Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    One pound of ground turkey
    1/2 Cup of Onion chopped
    1 Egg Lightly beaten
    1 Cup of Oats
    2TBsp of parsley
    2tbsp of basil
    2Tbsp of oregano
    2 Cloves of garlic
    1 tsp of sea salt
    1tsp of black pepper
    1 tbsp of Crushed Red Pepper (optional)

Directions

whisky egg, combine everything in bowl, make little balls and put in the oven at 400 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes

Serving Size: makes 6 servings 2-3 meatballs
