Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. beef broth
    1 package of breakfast sausage

Directions

Brown sausage and transfer to a separate bowl. Melt butter and add flour. Let cook for approximately 1 minute. Add beef broth and milk. Return sausage to the pan and cook until thickened.
