.5 t 2% or 1% milk
1/8 c. 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
1 flour tortilla (33g)
Spoon the egg mixture onto the center of the tortilla and roll the edges inward to make the wrap.
Makes 1 serving
Serve immediately. Or let cool, seal in plastic wrap and put in a freezer bag. May be frozen up to 1 month.
To use frozen wrap, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove plastic wrap and wrap tortilla in a moist paper towel. Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds or until heated throughout. Serve immediately.
