Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup nut butter (any will work)
    1 whole egg
    2 tbs honey and
    2 tbs maple or 1/4 cup any other sweetener or combo.
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 cups mix in's of choice-
    - like-coconut(unsweetened), dried fruit, seeds, nuts, - chocolate chips, quinoa, dry oatmeal, ect..
    we used 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup mixed raw nuts chopped, 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Directions

preheat oven to 350. Grease a cookie sheet and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a stand mixed until blended and then drop table spoon scoops of mix onto pre greased pan. Press with spoon to flatten. bake 12-15 min.
