BTS Swamp Smoothie

Introduction

"Swamp" green smoothie with a tropical taste. "Swamp" green smoothie with a tropical taste.

Ingredients

    2 cups fresh kale, chopped
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup almond coconut milk, unsweetened
    1/2 cup coconut water
    1 cup pineapple chunks
    1 cup sweet cherries, pitted
    1 small banana
    2 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal

Tips

Layering fruit/greens/fruit seems to work best. You can easily switch out different fruits for different flavors. Try a cored apple, strawberries, blueberries, peaches. Possibilities are endless!


Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend at a medium-high speed until smooth. Scrape sides as needed.
