Introduction

When reading the 2 tablespoons baking powdered I am sure you will think that it has to be a mistake! It isn't! These are thick and fluffy, surprisingly Delicious for a vegan recipe! When reading the 2 tablespoons baking powdered I am sure you will think that it has to be a mistake! It isn't! These are thick and fluffy, surprisingly Delicious for a vegan recipe!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Cup Flour
    1Tablespoon Sugar
    2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 Cup Soy-milk or other milk of your choice
    1/4 +( 2Tbl. optional) Cup Water
    2 Tablespoon oil

Tips

I choose to add water (you could add a full cup of milk.I prefer water in these to make them a little thinner for a flatter pancake. I used a rubber spatula to flatten it out so it cooks thoroughly.
of course the addition of Fruits, nuts and chocolates would make it fun!

Directions

Preheat the stove-top or electric griddle to about medium heat . Mix dry ingredients first and blend. Slowly add milk and 1/4 c. water stir together than mix in the oil.If you would still like to add the 2 tablespoons water here's when. Add mixture to pan and cook as you would a normal pancake!

Serving Size: Makes 2-3 pancakes depending on what size you perfer. 2-4 inch in length
