Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1.4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. chopped kale
    4 c. chopped spinach

Directions

Put butter and olive oil in a saute pan on medium-low heat. Add mushrooms and onions, and saute until they soften and the water starts coming out. Add the kale and spinach. Cook, stirring occassionally, until greens are softened.
