Ingredients

    Cream Cheese
    Marscapone Cheese
    Sugar
    Lemon Juice
    Eggs
    Vanilla

    Crust
    Almond Meal
    Arrowroot Powder
    lemon juice
    melted butter

Tips

put parchment paper down before pressing crust into springfoam pan


Directions

soften all cheeses, butter
combine crust ingredients and bake at 350 for 12 minutes..cool

Combine cheeses and sugar.
add in one egg at a time
lemon juice and sugar
Vanilla

Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 5-8 minutes

Serving Size: 12-14 slices, regular or 20 slim slices
