Chicken rice soup

Ingredients

    * Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 4 cups
    * Celery chopped, 3 stalks, medium
    * 2 Carrots, chopped
    * Cooked Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    * Chicken Thigh or other leftover rotisserie chicken meat (cooked), 150 grams
    * Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    * Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    * Mrs. Dash seasoning, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Heat broth on medium high heat.
Add onions, then carrots then celery, and Mrs. Dash. Bring to a boil, and allow to boil gently 5 minutes. Add chicken, rice, parsley, and thyme and continue boiling gently 5-10 minutes more.
Makes 3 dinner servings
