Massaged Kale Salad

Ingredients

    (2) Cups Kale -Chopped
    (1) Juice of Lemon
    Dash Sea Salt
    2T Extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 C Toasted Pine Nuts
    1 Small Diced Avocado
    20 Grapes- Red & Green halved

Directions

In a large bowl, dress kale with lemon juice and olive oil onto kale leaves and add a pinch or two of sea salt. Roll up your sleeves and massage kale until itís deep dark green, soft, and tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
