500 grams lean ground beef 3 cups chopped mushrooms 2 cups chopped celery 2 medium zucchini, about 10 oz, chopped 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 1-1/3 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs 2/3 cup wheat germ or bread crumbs 1/2 tsp basil leaves 1/2 tsp oregano leaves Salt
Combine mushrooms, celery, and chopped parsley in work owl of food processorl process until almost pureed. Add remaining ingredients except beef; continue to process until well combined. In a large bowl combine beef with the vegetable mixture and mix well. Transfer mixture to a pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and cover with foil. Place pan in larger pan that contains about 1 inch of water; bake at 350F for 1-1/2 hours or until a knife, when inserted in center, comes out clean. Take pan out of water and remove foil. Allow to brown for 15 more minutes.
