Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Garlic, 1 clove *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp
Just start with the olive oil and garlic on low heat. Cut mushrooms any way you like. Add to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the spinach and the tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 more minutes. Done.
