Ingredients

    2 cups quaker oatmeal
    4 tbsp light kraft peanut butter
    2 cups skim milk
    2 cups water
    1tsp cinnamon
    2 scoops isofemme protein powder
    4 tbsp flaxseed

Directions

Bring liquid to a boil. add remaining ingredients except for flaxseed, reduce heat and cook for 3-5min, until thickened. divide between 4 bowls and put 1 tbsp of flaxseed on each
