Ingredients



    500 grams Stewing Beef
    2 medium Onions, chopped
    1 tbsp Beef bouillon
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 cup White Rice
    2 cups Water


Directions

Cut meat into 2 inch cubes and brown in hot oil. Add onion. Cook until onion is clear. Add beef bouillon and 1/2 cup water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add rice and remaining water. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until rice is tender (about 20 minutes).

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings.
