    *Coconut Flakes - Unsweetened, Let's Do Organic, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Coconut Oil (Nutiva Organic Extra virgin), 8 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, .5 cup (remove)
    *Hemp Seed, Nutiva, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Chia Seed, organic (NUTIVA), 1 Tbsp, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Almond Butter - Once Again - Smooth Organic, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *oats - Organic thick rolled oats - Natural Grocers, 3 cup (remove)

Directions

melt coconut oil, almond butter and honey. Add the remaining ingredients. Press into a 9X13 inch pan. Refridgerate until firm.
