Copycat Larabar Paleo

    Almonds, 1 cup, ground (remove)
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 cup, halves and whole (remove)
    Coconut Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    *Hersheys Semisweet mini chocolate chips, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Medjool dates, 300 grams (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .125 cup (remove)


Grind almonds and nuts in food processor until finally chopped. Add dates, cocoa powder and melted coconut oil until blended. Pour out onto a cookie sheet lined with saran wrap. Press out until it covers the sheet. Top with chocolate chips. Cut into 10 bars. Place in fridge to harden.
