    2C MASHED POTATO
    .5C POT BARLEY
    2 LARGE CARROTS CHOPPED AND DICED
    1 ONION DICED
    2-3C VEG OR CHICKEN STOCK

Directions

MAKE MASHED POTATOES

PUT ALL OTHER ING IN SEPERATE POT AND SIMMER UNTIL LENTILS ARE SOFTENED

PUT LENTIL MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF CASSEROLE DISH TOP WITH POTATOES AND CORN

COOK APP 1 HOUR IN OVEN AT 350
