Pie crust:
1/2 cup white flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp water (enough to moisten dough)
1 c. chopped kroger deli black forest ham
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sweet bell pepper (any variety)
1 c egg substitute
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions
In a medium bowl combine flour and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add in vinegar and water to moisten dough. Roll out and put in a prepared pie pan.
Combine ham, cheese, onion and peppers and spread in pie crust. Stir together egg substitute, milk, basil, pepper and salt until mixed. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake 30 to 34 minutes at 350 degrees until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serving size is 1 slice. Makes 8 servings.
