Baked Parmesian Chicken Chunks

Introduction

Baked Chicken Chunks coated with olive oil and parmesian bread crumbs. Baked Chicken Chunks coated with olive oil and parmesian bread crumbs.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Meat (chopped into bite sized chunks)
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
    8 tsp Parmesian Cheese

Tips

A great alternative to chicken nuggets for kids!
Goes well with mashed potatos or rice.


Directions

Chop chicken into bite sized chunks.
Dunk or coat in olive oil.
Mix Parmesian Cheese and Bread Crumbs.
Roll chicken chunks in cheese crumb mixture.
Place on baking sheet.
Cook in 350 Degree F Oven for 22 minutes.
