Garlic Beef

Ingredients

    2 whole bulbs garlic
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
    1 large onion, diced
    1 1/2 cup beef stock
    2 tsp. black pepper
    6 oz beer
    3-4 # beef roast (any kind)

Directions

The night before, peel and quarter garlic, and combine in a bowl with soy sauce and vegetable oil. Put in fridge and let soak overnight.
In the morning, place the remaining ingredients (onion, stock, pepper, beer, and beef) and the ingredients that were soaked over night in a crock pot and set on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve on hamburger buns.
