Acorn Squash

    1 acorn squash
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar blend


Cut squash in half and microwave for 5 minutes. Put a half Tbsp of butter in each half, spreading around top edges and inside. Sprinkle nutmeg all over, then cinnamon. Finish with brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
