Pork with Vegetables and Sauce

Introduction

Ingredients



    9 oz cooked Pork Tenderloin, thinly sliced
    1 medium Onions, sliced
    200 grams Mushrooms, sliced
    .125 cupFlour, white,
    .5 cup Water
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 tsp Savory, ground
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 dash Salt
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    .5 cup Milk, 1%
    1 large sweet, red Pepper, cut into strips

Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan on moderatly high heat. Add sliced onions and cook about 2 minutes. Add pork slices, mushrooms, salt, savory and paprika. Stir. Sprinkle with flour and stir in water and milk. Cover and let simmer about 5 minutes to thicken and reduce liquid. Stir scraping bottom of the pan. cover meat mixture with fresh spinach. Cover allowing spinach to steam about 5 minutes. Stir spinach into meat mixture before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings.
