Sesame chicken

Introduction

Skinny sesame chicken Skinny sesame chicken
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lbs uncooked Boneless, skinless chicken breast

    1/2 cup of Low sodium chicken broth
    1 tbsp Sesame oil
    1 tbsp Soy sauce
    1 tbsp truvia
    2cloves Garlic

    2 tbsp Flour
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1tbsp olive oil

Tips

Serve with brown rice and stir fry vegetables


Directions

Whisk in a bowl chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, truvia and garlic in a bowl.

Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes. Toss with flour, salt and pepper

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Cook chicken 3 min on each side, pour sauce over chicken and put into a 400 degree oven for 20 min

Serving Size: Makes 6 4oz portions
