Momma's Low Calorie Pork Spaghetti Sauce

Introduction

Like None Other ... just like mom made it! Like None Other ... just like mom made it!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz of Roasted Pork Loin (Finely cubed- I use leftovers)
    14.5 oz Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes w/ Garlic
    1/2 Yellow Onion
    1/2 Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup Fresh Mushrooms
    1 tsp Minced Garlic
    Italian Seasoning (To Taste)
    Garlic powder (To Taste)
    Lemon Pepper (To Taste)
    Oregano (To Taste)

    Other than the Seasonings - Mix all other ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil and then turn down the heat and add the seasonings let simmer 20-25 minutes (Should have a chunky heavy red sauce)

Tips

For A GREAT low Calorie Meal replace Pasta with Spaghetti Squash ... OUTSTANDING!
