Ingredients

Walmart Extra Lean Ground Beef 96/4, 16 oz
Can of Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup.
1/2 c, Milk, 1%
2 T. Great Value Plain Bread Crumbs
Small can of Great Value Mushroom Stems & Pieces,
2 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Pepper, black
Non stick spray
2 cup cooked white rice
can of Green beans
Tips
I don't use salt in my recipe but, the meatballs taste a lot better with it.
Directions
Mix bread crumbs, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder in with the ground burger. I made 14 meatballs using 2 T. for each ball. I then cooked them on top of the stove on a low heat, using nonstick spray.. covering them to help cook through.
In a microwave safe bowl I added the soup, milk and mushrooms together and heated them in the microwave. I have two plates and divide everything into two servings... 7 meatballs, over one cup of rice, pouring the mushroom sauce [1 cup each] over the top of the meatballs & rice and serve half the green beans on the side.
Serving Size: 7 meatballs, 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of soup/sauce and half the green beans for two meals.
