easy and tasty easy and tasty
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup each of the following
    sliced zucchini
    sliced mushrooms
    sliced Onion
    sliced celery
    chopped green pepper
    l -19 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 teaspoon of basil
    pepper to taste
    2-4 tablespoons of any BBQ sauce.

Tips

can add substitute any vegg of your choice


Directions

spray a large dutch oven with non stick spray. add all ingredients except tomatoes and basel. saute for 5-8 mins add rest of ingredients simmer for approx 20 mins.
can add Worcester sauce or grated cheese as well. can be used next day as well.
