Introduction

I make this all the time for my kids and I bring it whenever I am asked to make dip and veggies - everyone loves it and can't believe it's tofu! I make this all the time for my kids and I bring it whenever I am asked to make dip and veggies - everyone loves it and can't believe it's tofu!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    12.3 oz box Silken Lite Tofu - firm or extra firm
    2 T lemon juice
    2 T vinegar
    3 T canola or olive oil
    1/2 tsp mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp granulated garlic or 2 cloves
    1/2 small onion
    1 T capers drained
    1 T flat leaf parsley chopped
    1/4 tsp dried tarragon
    water as needed

Directions

Place all in food processor and blend until smooth. Add water as neede to get to dip consistency.
Makes 10 - 2 tablespoon servings
