Ingredients

    6 large eggs ~ Scrambled in bowl with 1 Cup 1%milk and
    1 Tbsp vanilla
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 loaf chuncked french toast cinnamon bread
    cooking spray
    13x9 baking dish
    1 packet splenda ~ mixed with 1 tsp Cinnamon

Tips

I mix splenda, coarse chopped pecans or walnuts and mix with cinnamon for the top of this dish. Adds calories but you also get more protien.


Directions

in 13x9 baking dish prepared by sparaying with cooking spray, chunk loaf of bread. In bowl scarmble together eggs, milk, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnoman. Pour over bread. Use back of spoon to push bread into egg so the bread becomes wet with mixture. make sure all the bread is wet. Sprinkle Spenda and Cinnamon mixture evenly over top. Let sit for one hour or over night in refridge. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes uncovered.
