Introduction

Ingredients

    This can be made anytime without having to turn on the stove or oven.

Tips

When I entered these ingredients seperately in my Sparks nutrition calc; I came up with 136 Cal; 27 Carbs; 1 Fat; and 6 Protein.


Directions

Cut 1 cup of fresh Strawberries. I like to use large Strawberries and cut each one in half. Place them in a serving bowl, wash and drain water completely. Open a 6 oz container of Stonyfield FAT FREE Yogurt (I like their French Vanilla)and mix in with the fruit. Ready to serve.

Serving Size: makes 1 serving per person
