    1/2 med banana
    2 tblsp vannilla yogurt (lit & fit)
    2 tbsp old fashion oats
    1/4 tsp chia seed
    1/2 fat free milk
    1/2 water
    3-4 ice cubes

Directions

add all ingredients to your blender and blend till smooth
and sweetner if you like more sweet
