16 oz. whole wheat penne pasta
1 jar (26 oz.) Ragu Light Pasta Sauce
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese, Part Skim
8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim
Mix pasta sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup pasta water in large bowl. Add pasta and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix. Spoon into 13x9 sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and back 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings, 1.25 cups each.
