Introduction

This is an easy way to make rice. No worries about it boiling all over the stove. This is an easy way to make rice. No worries about it boiling all over the stove.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups white rice
    4 cups beef (or Chicken)broth
    2 tsp sesame oil

Directions

pre heat oven to 350
Have a 4quart casserole dish with lid ready.
Heat oil in skillet, saute rice until lightly browned.
Pour broth and browned rice into casserole dish, cover and bake for 45 minutes. turn oven off and let rice sit in hot oven for 15 minutes longer.
Enjoy!
