1/4 c Skim Milk
1/4 c Flour
1 egg white
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp vanilla
Heat a non-stick fry pan,.Using a ladle spoon batter into middle of pan, then quickly spread out by holding the handle and swirling until the dough cover the bottom, when golden brown flip, golden brown , done.
Makes about 4 pancakes 4 inches in diameter.
**May fry in hot oil if desired but, that does up the calorie intake**
