Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Introduction

13 Points Plus for the whole recipe. You can leave out the Parmesan cheese to make it 12 Points Plus. 13 Points Plus for the whole recipe. You can leave out the Parmesan cheese to make it 12 Points Plus.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups cauliflower, steamed then grated to = 1c.
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    2 T Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    oregano
    basil
    onion powder
    salt
    pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Steam cauliflower in microwave until just cooked, but still firm.

3. Grate in food processor or with a hand grater. Measure out 1 cup. (I had a few Tbs. more that I just used)

4. Mix together ingredients, plus salt & pepper if desired.

5. Spoon into 4 mini pizzas & bake on a parchment lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.

6. I baked them 7 minutes, then flipped them over for another 5-7 until they felt crisped.
