*Cauliflower Raw, 3 cup
*egg white liquid, 0.5 cup
*Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Mozzerella Cheese, 0.5 cup
*Always Fresh Minced Garlic, 2 tsp
Try flipping the crust once the initial 15 is over,the bottom tends to be to mushy so I do an extra 5 minutes. Prepare your pizza and pop back in the oven only long enough to melt cheese/cook veggies.

Add in egg whites, cheese, garlic and seasoning. Process with dough paddle or hand mix.
Once thoroughly mixed spread evenly on cookie sheet. I keep my thin (1/4 cm, spread as thin as I can without leaving gaps in the crust)
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
This recipe should provide 3-4 crusts, depending on how large you cut them.
