Ingredients

    Water - Spring, Bottled 1 cup, 3 serving
    Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal - Piņa Colada - 2 scoops, 1 serving
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Strawberries, fresh, 3 large (1-3/8" dia)

Tips

Substitute pineapple or other juice to make sweeter or add soy or 1% milk to make creamy .


Directions

The night before wash, halve, pat dry and freeze 3 large strawberries; peel, cut into chunks and freeze 1 extra-large banana.
When ready to prepare add banana, strawberries, flax seed meal and 1 1/2 cups of water to blender; blend unil it begins to smooth; slowly add remaining water.

Serving Size: 4-5 cups
