Meagan's Easy Chicken Salad

Introduction

Just a tasty Chicken Salad that you can put on bread or salad. Even my kid loves it.

Just a tasty Chicken Salad that you can put on bread or salad. Even my kid loves it.


Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup Chicken, Breast
    1/4 cup Red Seedless Grapes-raw
    3 tbsp Pink Lady Apples
    2 tbsp Onion (white - Raw Chopped)
    3 tbsp Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayo

Tips

Add more onion if you want more flavor.


Directions

Chop up a baked skinless, boneless chicken breast in small chunks.
Halve your grapes
Chop up your apple
Chop up your onion
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the Mayo and top on your favorite salad or bread you can even eat it all on its little lonesome.


Serving Size: Makes about 5 - 1/4 cup servings.
