Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 1 head
Carrots, raw, 2 medium
*Pepper, white, 1 tbsp
Egg Noodles, enriched, 250 grams
Egg Yolk, 2 large
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
Cornstarch, 20 grams
2.Add in chicken and/or pork.
3.Stir fry for about three minutes.
4.Pour in water.
5.Simmer until water has dissolved. This should take at least five minutes.
6.Pour in broth.
7.Allow to boil. This should take at least ten minutes.
8.Dip noodles in broth.
9Add in carrot and cabbage.
10.Again, simmer for about three minutes.
11.Add in cornstarch.
12.Sprinkle the seasonings.
15.Serve immediately in bowls.
Serving Size: makes 24 2 inch pieces" or "makes 8 1-cup servings
