Ingredients

    Organic Rolled Oats
    King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
    King Arthur All-Purpose Flour
    Organic Corn Meal
    Baking powder

    2% Milk
    Eggs
    Vanilla extract
    Butter

Directions

Preheat cast-iron skillet or pan
Mix dry ingredients in big bowl
Mix wet ingredients in smaller bowl
Pour wet into dry
Unlike traditional pancakes, I let the wet ingredients soak into the dry for a few minutes. This ensures that the pancakes cook through.


Serving Size: Makes 12 pancakes, ~1/4 cup of batter each
