Make ahead for a healthy and tasty breakfast on the go. Make ahead for a healthy and tasty breakfast on the go.
Number of Servings: 6


    Canadian Bacon, 12 slices
    2C. Egg beaters
    1 pkg of thawed chopped spinach, drained
    1C Chedder cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix egg, spinach and cheese.
    Place 1 slice of bacon in each cupcake divit, then add a 1/2 C of the egg mixture.


Serve warm with Salsa


350 for 25-30 min

Serving Size: Makes 12 Breakfast cups, 2 cups per serviing
