Easy, quick and tasty. They make a good side dish with dinner or a good lunch. I take a bag to work, put it in the fridge and pop it into the microwave for 5 mins for lunch. Easy, quick and tasty. Ingredients

    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Zucchini
    1 Summer Squash
    1 Bunch Broccoli
    1 Head Cauliflower
    1/2 Yellow Onion
    1 lb Baby Carrots

Directions

Chop all vegetables and separate into Ziploc microwave bags. Microwave according to directions on bag. Makes 12 cups.
