1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast or thigh
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup colby & monterey jack cheese
Bake 10-15 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Drizzle with barbecue sauce; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
