Diabetic Bars

Ingredients

    1 cup dates
    1cup raisins
    1cup cranberries
    2 cup flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 cup water
    1 cup butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Cook raisins, dates, and cranberries in 2 cup water for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool. Mix rest of ingredients together and add to cooked mixture. Bake in greased and floured pan. Cool and Cut.Bake in a 8x11 pan.
