A variation on a popular smoothie! A variation on a popular smoothie!

Ingredients

    Milk, 1%, .75 cup
    Yogurt Vanilla No sugar added Publix, 6 oz
    Chocolate Syrup, Sugar Free, Publix brand 1serv=2tbsp=32g, 32 gram(s)
    Banana, frozen, 1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Chocolate Chips, Enjoy Life, 15 gram(s)

Tips

The order is important. For all blenders, it would be liquids first, followed by sticky foods, small solids, then frozen anything!


Directions

Place Milk & Yogurt in blender first followed by Syrup, Chocolate chips THEN slice the frozen bananas so it's easier to blend and add them last! Blend until you like the thickness and serve!
