Nori Salmon Paleo Roll

Ingredients

    2 sheet nori, toasted
    1/4 avocado, sliced
    1/4 cup cucumber slices (about)
    1 green onion, sliced up
    1.5 ounces smoked salmon
    Cilantro leaves, optional
    Carrot slivers, optional

Directions

Toast nori. Divide ingredients between the 2 sheets, place in a line along one edge. Moisten other edge. Roll up. Eat.
