Vegan Lasagna

Ingredients
11 Ronzoni Healthy Harvest 100% Whole Grain Lasagna noodles
4 cups of Ragu Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Pasta sauce (1/2 cup is a serving)
1 1/2 cup Morning Star Farms crumbles
1 1/2 cup Daiya Cheese
1 tablespoon Olive olive
I diced onion
1/2 diced red pepper
1/2 diced zuchinni
Tips
Directions
Set aside 1/2 cup of cheese
Saute the diced onion in olive oil
pour just enough pasta sauce to cover bottom of casserole dish
lay down 4 noodles
top with sauce, onion, red pepper, zuchinni, harvest crumbles, and daiya cheese
repeat until the remaining layer of noodles and top with sauce only.
Cover in aluminum foil and bake for about an hour at 400 degrees.
When noodles are done, top with the remaining cheese and broil till cheese is melted. It goes quick. Don't go far. Let Lasagna sit for 1/2 hour before eating to soak up remaining sauce.
