More of a meal packed with protein and healthy fat. Perfect for breakfast in March. And if you are planning on springing for the calorie laden version at mcds, you may as well have this instead... only a bit lower in calories, but there's nothing empty about them. Ingredients

    12 Ice Cubes
    12oz Plain Greek Yogurt
    1/2 Avocado
    1 1/2 Cup 1% Milk
    1 Cup Raw Kale
    3 Tbsp Mint Leaves
    1tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 Tbsp Coconut Flake (unsweetened)
    6 Packets Stevia in the Raw
    3 Tbsp Chia Powder


Directions

Saving the ice cubes for last, blend all ingredients well. Make sure everything is pulverized before adding the ice cubes, so you don't lose the frozen appeal.
